This Refund Policy applies to all Pro subscription purchases made through Gyeongo, operated by Wonjo Works Corp. By subscribing to the Pro plan, you agree to the terms set out below.
EU / UK Consumers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase, without giving any reason.
Important — Waiver of Withdrawal Right: By beginning to use any Pro feature before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, you expressly request that we commence the performance of the digital service immediately, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal will be lost once the digital service has been fully supplied in that period (in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, as amended by Directive 2019/770/EU).
To exercise your withdrawal right before using any Pro feature, email wonjoworks@gmail.comwith the subject "Withdrawal Request" and your account email address. A full refund will be processed within 14 days.
Eligibility for Refund (All Other Users)
Full Refund — Within 7 Days, Unused
You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial payment date.
- You have not used any Pro features since the payment was made.
No Refund — After 7 Days or After Using Pro Features
Refunds will not be issued if:
- More than 7 calendar days have passed since the payment date, or
- You have used any Pro feature (e.g., created more than 5 estimates, accessed Pro-only tools) at least once after payment.
Prorated Refund — Service Failure
If a service outage or technical failure attributable to Wonjo Works Corp prevents you from using the Service for an extended period, a prorated refund will be issued based on the number of days the Service was unavailable relative to your billing cycle. We will assess such requests on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund

Include the following information in your email:
- The email address associated with your Gyeongo account
- The date of payment
- The reason for requesting a refund
Processing Time
Once your refund request is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (via PayPal). Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Subscription Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. To cancel, go to Settings > Subscription Management and follow the cancellation steps. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period. If you also wish to request a refund, please follow the refund request process above.
